Mix Fm - The past few months have not been the easiest for Mix Fm, with the authorities working close at hand. We will be returning to the fm band very soon, with an improved signal so signal reports would be appreciated. Any feedback please email mixfm@hotmail.com.

Also over the coming weeks there will be a full site update, news, schedule, dj profiles and a full update on the radio archives section.

Other News - A few new stations are rumored to be airing very soon, Dream, Eternal and District Fm. Legacy UK where heard on 105.9 fm a few nights ago preparing for their come back.

Mix Fm - With a few well deserved weeks off, Mix Fm will be returning to the Birmingham airwaves very soon. The technicians have been working hard on improving our signal, signal report will be appreciated. In the mean time check the schedule page for archived shows.

Other News - A few weeks ago saw Telford's Dimension Fm getting another visit from the authorities resulting in a studio raid, Dimension are looking to be back fighting fit very soon. PCRL are back on 103.5 fm and Sting Fm have been transmitting in RDS for the past month.

Mix Fm - After five months of broadcasting across Birmingham and surrounding area's without fail, Mix Fm can confirm that on Monday, 11th August authorities had taken action to prevent Mix Fm returning to the airwaves. The Mix Fm Technician's are busy planning our return to the fm band. We are expecting to be off for no more than a few weeks, so keep checking the dial.

The past Mix Fm night held @ decades music bar went down well with Beanie drinking to much and making a complete fool of himself. You can now catch many of the Mix Fm residents down at DV8 weekly playing alongside Chad Lewis & Gavin James.

Other News - Monday, 11th August also saw Flava Fm & Sting Fm being temporally taken off air but where later back on the same day. Mix Fm - We have extended the weekly schedule, the Mix Fm week will now be starting on a Thursday at 5pm and finishing in the early hours of Friday morning. Also we have a new Dj starting this Thursday, Simon Lush will be playing from 7pm - 9pm with a selection of House/Progressive House.

News of the next Mix Fm night in conjunction with caution has been finalised, the date has been confirmed as 25th July @ decades music bar, bartholomew st, digbeth and the line-up will be confirmed within the coming week. The Dj Profiles and Dj Charts section of the site has been updated, please see the Residents page.

Other News - http://www.y2kpirates.co.uk site was removed from it's current hosting on the 23rd June by the Department of Trade and Industry, but was later back up on the 24th June. The DTI again targeted the site and it was removed on the 26th June but was later back up on the 27th June with a new host. What a week for the administrator's, three hosts in one week.

Mix Fm - The last few weeks have been none stop for Mix Fm. Monday, 16th June saw extended broadcasting with Kaos, Jim'll Mix It, Wispa G, DSC, special guests Tony J & Dj Senta taking you from 8pm to the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The Official Mix Fm night held @ decades music bar turned out to be a very successful night, with Mark James, Inga B, Luke Wilson, Wispa G, Dj Hyphen, Wiggy and Kaos & Dean P b2b keeping everyone entertained all night long to the early hours of Saturday morning. Check back for details on forthcoming Mix Fm events.

Other News - A new station called Blaze Fm are rumored to be airing on 92.2 fm which could cause some problems with Passion 92.0 fm and Dimension 92.2 fm within the west midlands. Sound Fm have reported to be making a come back, for more info visit - http://www.xtroot.com/soundfm.

Mix Fm - The launch of the new site has left us at Mix Fm speechless with the amount of hits we are getting, not just from our Birmingham listeners but far a field as United States, Netherlands, Canada, Cyprus, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Brazil and even Israel.

The Radio Archives section is complete so if you missed your favorite show you can now listen to the past weeks broadcasts, please see the Schedules page.

Other News - Koollive launch with their 24/7 Drum & Bass Internet Radio Station. Deep 89.6 fm have been doing some test transmissions this week as well as Legacy UK on 106.5 fm northwest for more info visit - http://www.legacyuk.net.

Mix Fm - Another extended weekend for Mix Fm, broadcasting through out the Bank Holiday weekend. You may have noticed a well deserved facelift to the official Mix Fm website. Over the coming months we will be bringing you extended content and new features, i.e. radio archives, message boards, dj profiles, dj charts and much much more.

Other News - Dimension Fm went off air last Saturday due to unforeseen circumstances but were later back broadcasting on the Sunday, for more info visit - http://www.dimensionfm.co.uk.

Mix Fm - The weekends are flying by with ongoing support from the listeners. The Mix Fm Technician's are working on improving the quality of the signal. Aspect an improvement in the coming weeks.

Also on a good note, the Mix Fm broadcast are now being archived weekly courtesy of Paul H & Beanie which will be available soon. We are now running test transmissions over the Internet live, click here for live stream.

Mix Fm - What a weekend, everything went smoothly with a full Dj line-up over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You may have noticed over the last few weeks some new additions to the Mix Fm family, please check the residents pages for more info.

Mix Fm - We are preparing for our first full weekend with a full line-up of Dj's starting at 7pm this Friday with Cadders kick starting the weekend with some Speed Garage/Hard House. Hopefully this is going to be the first weekend of many more to come.

Other News - City Limits are doing some test transmissions on 87.5 fm.

Mix Fm - After year long break from broadcasting Mix Fm are back on air, with test transmissions commencing this evening on 106.4 fm. We are hoping to be broadcasting with a full line-up of Dj's in the coming month. Check back for details regarding the return of Birmingham's number one underground dance music station.

Other News - New RnB/Soul station called Jam Fm are broadcasting on 87.5 fm.
